Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how www.arizonarussianrealtor.com (the “Site”) handles information. The Site is operated by BOR Realty, LLC, the Arizona real estate brokerage of Natallia Bor (“we,” “us”). It's written in plain language and describes what actually happens when you visit the Site or contact us.
The short version
- The Site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and it never asks you for personal information.
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the Site doesn't set any cookies of its own.
- We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- Some pages show content from Google (YouTube and Google Maps), which receives basic technical data from your browser. Details are below.
- When you call, text, message or email us, we use what you share only to help you with your real estate needs.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, the Site is delivered by servers that receive the technical information your browser sends with each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from, and the date and time. Our hosting provider uses this information to deliver the Site, protect it from attacks and abuse, and fix problems, and keeps it in server logs for a limited time. We don't use it to identify you, build a profile of you, or combine it with other information.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site itself doesn't use cookies, local storage or similar technologies, and it contains no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking code. Our hosting provider may use a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from automated attacks; it isn't used for tracking or advertising. The Google content described in the next section may use cookies under Google's own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site works fully without them.
Content from Google (YouTube and Google Maps)
Some parts of the Site load directly from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser information:
- Video previews. The Home and Media pages show preview images of our YouTube videos from YouTube's image servers (i.ytimg.com). Selecting a video opens it on YouTube in a new tab.
- Featured video. The video player on the Home page loads only after you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once the video plays, YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies and collect information about your viewing.
- Map. The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map of our office location. When the map loads, Google may collect information and set cookies. Our address is also written out on the Contact page and at the bottom of every page.
Google handles this information under its own Privacy Policy. We don't receive any of it.
Links to other websites and apps
The Site links to services such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. When you follow a link, you leave the Site and that service's own privacy policy applies. The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with a short pre-written greeting; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
Information you share when you contact us
When you call, text, message or email us, or reach out on social media, we receive whatever you choose to share — for example your name, phone number, email address and message, and often details about the home you want to buy or sell, your timeline, budget or financing.
We use this information to reply to you, to provide the real estate services you ask for, to keep the records Arizona law requires, and to protect against fraud. We send marketing messages, such as market updates, only if you've agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Messaging and social-media apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and others) are run by other companies, which handle your messages under their own privacy policies. If you become a client, your written agreements with us (such as a buyer-broker or listing agreement) also govern how information about your transaction is handled.
When we share information
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- with the people and companies involved in your purchase or sale, when needed and as you direct — for example the other party's agent, lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors and appraisers;
- if you list your home with us, by publishing the property details and photos you approve on the MLS and real estate websites, as set out in your listing agreement;
- with the services we use to run our business, such as email, phone, e-signature and document storage, which handle it under their own terms;
- when required by law or legal process, including requests from the Arizona Department of Real Estate, or when needed to protect someone's rights, property or safety, or to prevent fraud;
- if our brokerage is ever merged or sold, as part of that transaction and subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep messages and inquiry details only as long as we need them to help you and to stay in touch while you're a client or considering working with us. Records of real estate transactions are kept for at least five years after the transaction ends, as Arizona law requires (A.R.S. § 32-2151.01). When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Keeping information secure
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account details or other sensitive financial information by text, email or social media. If a transaction needs that information, we'll tell you a secure way to provide it — usually directly to your lender or title company.
Wire fraud warning
Criminals target real estate transactions with fake emails and texts that appear to come from an agent or a title company. We will never send you wiring instructions by email, text message or social media. Wiring instructions come only from your title or escrow company. Before you wire any money, call the title or escrow company at a phone number you've verified yourself — not one from the email — and confirm the instructions. If you receive a suspicious message that seems to be from us, don't act on it; call us at (602) 315-7722.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it (except records the law requires us to keep), or to stop contacting you. Just contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within 30 days. We honor these requests no matter where you live, and we won't treat you any differently for making one.
Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights under your state's or country's privacy laws.
“Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control
The Site doesn't track visitors over time or across other websites, so there's nothing for us to switch off when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal: we treat every visitor as if they had already opted out. Google's handling of these signals for its content is covered by Google's policies.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in Arizona, and information you send us is handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. If you contact us from the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with data-protection laws, we use your information to take the steps you ask for before and during a real estate transaction, and for our legitimate interests in answering inquiries and keeping the Site secure. You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, or object to its use, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we add website analytics or a contact form — we'll update this policy before the change takes effect and revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
